Shanda Romans

Hi Everyone! My name is Shanda (pronounced SHAWN-duh), my pronouns are she/her, and I am the Experiential Learning Coordinator for the Psychology Department. Like many people, I moved here from the Midwest to escape the winters and attend the University of Arizona. After becoming a First-Gen Arizona Alumna, armed with my BA in Psychology, “Jane of all trades” skill set, and adventurous, curious spirit, I set out to carve my path. It took a long and winding road full of diverse experiences and various industry sectors throughout my professional career for life to bring me full circle. I am very excited to be back where it all began and share my knowledge with all of you as I am living proof that a Psychology degree can give you access to any industry sector that involves people!
