MBB/Psychology Specific
MBB New Account Request Form: To access Psychology Department computers and file shares a MBB User Account is required. The form below will need to be read and signed by the individual for whom an account is needed, the requesting supervisor, and the responsible faculty for any labs the individual will be working in.
This form needs to be submitted to mbbit@email.arizona.edu by the requesting faculty/supervisor or their designated lab manager.
