Kelly received her B.S. in Psychology and Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently a 1st-Year Graduate Student in the Clinical Psychology program. Her research interests include treatment for insomnia and co-occurring disorders (e.g., depression), treatment adherence and dissemination, and transdiagnostic mechanism of sleep and circadian disturbances. In her free time, she enjoys listening to podcasts, watching documentaries or movies, going on hikes or runs, and reading fiction.
