Parkinson's Clinical Trial
The University of Arizona's SEMA Lab is currently enrolling patients in a clinical trial for Parkinson's disease in Tucson, Arizona. The study will explore transcranial focused ultrasound, a noninvasive method to influence brain circuits affecting motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease. This trial data will assist in evaluating a noninvasive brain stimulation to treat Parkinson's disease by assessing improvement in motor symptoms and measure quality of life and daily functioning.

Procedure:
- 20 treatment sessions over 4–6 weeks
- ~1 hour per visit
- Follow-up check-ins
- No surgery, radiation, or electrical stimulation
Participant Eligibility:
To participate in this study, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Parkinson's disease diagnosis
- Ages 22–80
- Proficiency in English language
- No prior deep brain stimulation or brain surgery or history of seizure
