Hear from Psychology Alum Kassandra Lopez about her path to a career in Human Resources:
My name is Kassandra Lopez, and I was born and raised in Arizona. I recently graduated from the University of Arizona in 2021 with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. While pursuing my degree, I worked full-time at NOVA Home Loans in the Human Resources department. I have had the opportunity to have three promotions in the 2 ½ years that I have been at NOVA. With my Psychology degree, I believed I only had one career path: counseling/therapy. However, I learned that with my degree, there are so many different opportunities in which I still get the fulfillment of helping others. In my presentation, I will share my story and show how your degree can apply to Human Resources and many other career paths.
