Personalized Treatment Lab

Have you and/or someone you know been looking for something to enhance mental wellbeing? Are you interested in receiving some support in addressing problems like low mood, worry, or avoidance? 
 
The Personalized Treatment Lab at the University of Arizona is recruiting individuals for a research study offering a self-guided or coach-supported program of digital tools. Participation is voluntary.

Procedure:

The screening survey will ask about:

  • Your enrollment at the University of Arizona and your access to the internet.
  • Basic information about your health and whether you are currently in psychotherapy.
  • Questions about your mood and well-being (using a standard questionnaire).
  • Questions about alcohol and drug use (using standard health screening tools).

*If you qualify, you will be contacted to coordinate your possible enrollment in the study, with further instructions.

Compensation:

Participants will be compensated up to $100 for completing the study.

An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it to be acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of participants in research.
