EGAD Founder
The Evaluation Group for the Analysis of Data (EGAD) was founded by Lee Sechrest, in 1987, with several faculty members and graduate students from the Department of Psychology at the University of Arizona. Lee’s career in psychology spanned more than 50 years, including numerous awards, and served as president of the American Evaluation Association. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Sechrest

EGAD is housed in the University of Arizona Department of Psychology. EGAD collaborates with members of the University community who conduct research. We also work with faculty from other academic institutions and with community-based organizations. EGAD has longstanding collaborative relationships to numerous local, state and national research centers. We are committed to assisting academic and community-based researchers to develop scientifically sound, evidence-based research, training and programs.

“If it’s important to you, it’s significant to us.”  -Lee Sechrest
