Research Interests:

My research centers on inclusion and equity in digital spaces—both in online education and remote work environments. I examine how inclusive pedagogical practices can foster belonging and engagement among diverse student populations, particularly in asynchronous learning contexts. Parallel to this, I explore inclusive and human-centered leadership strategies that support psychological safety, motivation, and resilience within remote and hybrid teams. Across both domains, my work focuses on the role of intentional design, communication, and culture-building in creating equitable and effective experiences.
