Research Interests:
I'm a 2nd year PhD student in the Social Psychology program studying under the mentorship of Dr. Jeff Greenberg. I am interested in studying the effects of mystical experiences (experiential transcendence) on Terror Management Theory processes. My research is partially inspired by recent results using psychedelics to treat a number of psychological diagnoses.
I received my Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force while I was serving in the U.S. Air Force as a computer network engineer. After my military contract ended I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
