Graduate Student, Clinical Psychology Faculty Advisors: John Allen & Scott KillgoreI am a 2nd year Graduate Student pursuing a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology. My techniques include fMRI, structural neuroimaging, DTI, and MRS. I am working in the Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience (SCAN) Lab under the advisement of Scott Killgore, where we are currently studying the effects of stress on the brain, traumatic brain injury, emotional and cognitive intelligence, risk-taking, decision making, and light therapy to regulate Circadian rhythm.
Research Interests:
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Concussion
- Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE)
- PTSD
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Sustaining neural efficiency with Blue Light Mechanisms and its affects on the brain
