Dr. Linda Hollis appointed to Minority Issues in Gerontology Advisory Panel
Dr. Linda Hollis - Assistant Professor of Practice in Psychology - has been appointed to serve on the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) Minority Issues in Gerontology Advisory Panel.
This panel is one of only three GSA's volunteer-led Advisory Panels established by the Board of Directors, and will provide specialized expertise, advice, and support on minority issues in gerontology, contributing to the GSA's mission, strategic plan, and members’ interests. The appointment, made by incoming GSA President Marilyn Gugliucci, will begin in January 2025.
The GSA is a leading force in advancing innovation in aging, both domestically and internationally. As the oldest and largest interdisciplinary organization dedicated to research, education, and practice in the field of aging, it boasts over 5,500 members from more than 50 countries.
