Mobile Study

Study Description:

Dr. Matthias Mehl's NOSI Lab (Naturalistic Observation of Social Interaction) is hosting a new artificial intelligence study and is in need of study participants. The study is interested in how people cooperate with artificial intelligence when playing a mobile video game.

Procedure:

This study lasts 180 days.  It also involves wearing a Garmin Vivoactive 4 Smartwatch.

Participant Eligibility:

To participate in this study, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Participant must have an Android phone
  • Participant must be willing to be paid using Venmo
  • Participant must be okay with having our 2 study apps on your personal phone

Compensation:

Monetary compensation is based on participation (up to about $500). It also involves wearing a Garmin Vivoactive 4 Smartwatch which you are free to keep ($350 value) if you remain in the study for at least 45 days.

NOTE: You do NOT need to be in Tucson during the entire summer in order to be a part of the study. The data collection happens remotely.
