Soojeong Lee, a doctoral student in the department of Educational Psychology at University of Arizona, is seeking participants for their study exploring the unique experience of female teachers of color. This will consider how the intersection of race and gender and resulting experiences influence teacher identity, and how that identity affects teaching practices.

Procedure:

  • One-on-one online interviews lasting approximately 1 hour

Participant Eligibility:

To participate in this study, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Pre-K - 12th grade teachers
  • Identify as female teachers of color

Compensation:

Participation in this study is voluntary.
