Psychology Research Fund
The Research Fund provides support for faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows by providing pilot grants for innovative projects that lead to extramural grants, and support for graduate student dissertation research. Donors may to identify a particular area of research or may choose to allow these funds to be used for our most pressing research needs.
Psychology Undergraduate and Graduate Student Programs Fund
The Student Programs Fund provides resources for enhancing the educational experience of all our students. Programs focus on providing educational resources and student engagement opportunities, such as community internships, practicum placements, career workshops, and student research conferences.
Psychology Development Fund
The Development Fund supports activities that focus on community outreach, including seminars, conferences, and meetings that are open to the public. The Fund also supports our development efforts through our engagement of alumni and the activities of our Advisory Board.
Psychology Graduate Fellowships
Fellowships are an important way to attract outstanding students to our graduate program, by providing support for one or more semesters, freeing up time for students to focus on their studies and research. Fellowships also provide naming opportunities, and can be established as endowments.
Psychology Undergraduate Scholarships
Undergraduate scholarships are given to outstanding undergraduates to support research, educational travel, or community engagement activities. Scholarships can be established as endowments, and provide naming opportunities.
Alfred W. Kaszniak Graduate Fellowship Endowment
The fellowship is intended to support a first-year graduate student in the Psychology Ph.D. program with outstanding academic merit and research potential, with research interests in the neuropsychology of emotion or aging.
William Owen Nugent Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is given yearly to a graduating senior who has demonstrated excellence in academics and research, and who intends to pursue a postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
