As a Ph.D. Candidate in Social Psychology, my research investigates a range of topics concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion at the individual and organizational levels.

Research Interests:

  • Whether popular diversity initiatives accomplish their goals regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with how these initiatives can be better implemented to satisfy organizational goals
  • How the goals and values internalized by women and underrepresented racial minorities may conflict with the attributes that are emphasized by predominantly White and male-dominated fields, thus contributing to the lack of diversity in certain professions.
  • Identifying breakdowns in organizational environments’ diversity and inclusivity followed by data-driven methods of addressing such issues.
