Graduate Student, Clinical Psychology Light Algorithms Laboratory & Sleep and Health Research Program Faculty Advisors: Fabian-Xosé Fernandez & Michael Grandner

I completed my undergraduate degree at Temple University and I am currently enrolled in the Clinical Pyschology PhD program at the University of Arizona. My mentors are Dr. Fabian-Xosé Fernandez (Light Algorithms Laboratory) and Dr. Michael Grandner (Sleep and Health Research Program).

Research Interests:

My research interests encompass sleep, depression, addiction and suicidality. More specifically, I am interested in studying the incidence of insomnia and the association of it's subtypes with various psychological disorders. I am also interested in assessing how different treatment modalities of insomnia can impact mental health.
