Students interested in studying abroad should contact the Office of Study Abroad and Student Exchange for assistance in choosing a program. Students must obtain pre-approval for all transfer credit awarded through Study Abroad programs. Psychology students are responsible for bringing a completed Study Abroad Packet to an appointment with their academic advisor before leaving the country.
Students also have the option of filling out the Study Abroad packet, along with the Study Abroad course approval form and leaving it for their advisor in Psychology Room 312. An advisor will return the paperwork to the student within 3 to 5 business days.
Students are encouraged to make an appointment with their advisor if they have any questions about how their study abroad classes will transfer. It is also important to remember that it is the student's responsibility to register for UA classes while they are abroad, and to email their advisor if they have any questions about their requirements.
