Group Services

Group Services

The overarching aim of all groups at the BHC is to provide individuals with an opportunity to learn skills they can use to improve their emotional resiliency. The various groups the BHC offers are a great way to access mental health treatment while also getting an opportunity to connect with others who may have similar experiences.

BHC offers group services with a focus on education and skill building targeting issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional difficulties. The groups at the BHC all use approaches supported by decades of research including approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Expand the sections below to learn more about the different groups at the BHC, where and when they meet, if they are currently enrolling new members, and how to get started.

*The BHC does not provide emergency services or medication management.
