Reminder, please complete this qualtrics form ASAP regarding the impact of the quasi-closure on research. You will have to submit a separate form for each research project.

• You don’t have to report on projects that are funded through startup funding or retention funding

• If you are an investigator and the PI is in another department (for example, John Allen on a grant with Scott Kilgore in Psychiatry), please still fill out the form for that project.

• If you are an investigator and the PI is in Psychology (for example, John Allen on a grant that originated with Gene), please don’t fill out two forms. Gene should fill out the form for everyone in Psychology. We want to know all the research that is being impacted within the department, but we don’t want duplications.
