Appointments are required for:
- review of course requirements for degree
- Official Senior Degree Check
- VA and ROTC paperwork
- evaluation of transfer credit
Advising appointments can be scheduled by calling (520) 621-7439 or by stopping by the Psychology Building, Room 312. If you experience difficulty scheduling an appointment by phone, please stop by Room 312 for assistance. Advising for Psychology majors is available year-round by appointment or through our walk-in advising hours, which are only offered during the fall and spring semesters. Please click here for our most up to date Quick Advising schedule.
Due to time constraints, we cannot address certain issues during Quick Advising times. Examples of topics that will require an appointment include graduation plans and ROTC paperwork. We can see students during Quick Advising who wish to verify their existing schedules, need a signature on a financial aid appeal form and have other general questions. Please be aware that if your issue requires more time, you will be asked to schedule an appointment. Both Psychology majors and minors are welcome to see an advisor at Quick Advising.
In addition, if you are more than 5 minutes late for an advising appointment you will have to reschedule.
*We cannot give specific information regarding your status (classes needed to graduate, what courses satisfy what requirements, etc.) over the phone or email. Our office provides advising by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment and we will be more than happy to help you.*
